Chris Blanche
Chris joined our staff in 2013 and served as our Youth Pastor for 8 years, before transitioning into our Lead Pastor. He and his wife Jenn met at New England Bible College and were married in 1999.

jeff colpitts
Jeff joined our staff in the fall of 2021 and serves as Pastor of Children and Youth. Jeff began attending Fayette Baptist Church at 4 years old and is thrilled to serve now as a Pastor for the church that has shaped his walk with Christ for 25 years. Jeff and his wife, Haley met in college while serving on a summer mission in Yellowstone National Park with Cru in 2013, married in 2016, and welcomed their first child (Sammy) in 2020. After graduating from the University of Maine, Jeff worked at a 4-H Camp in Maine, first teaching groups of school-aged kids and eventually serving as the Assistant Director until his calling to serve at FBC.

JenNifer mason
Jen has been our Administrative Assistant since 2014.She has an associates degree as a medical assistant and a bachelors degree in office management. She and her husband Brian live in Fayette. She has 4 adult sons Brandon (and wife Heather) Logan, Ryan (and wife Sarah) and Vincent along with 3 granddaughters.

phill trevino
Phill began serving as the Associate Pastor in December of 2023. He has earned degrees in Psychology & Religion (B.A., Colorado College), Christian Apologetics (M.A., Biola University), and Military Strategic Studies (M.A., U.S. Army War College). He oversees church ministries, administration, small group discipleship and outreach initiatives.
Prior to working at FBC, Phill served as a soldier in the U.S. Army and completed several overseas tours in Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Iraq. He and his wife Carolyn have three children (Colin, Grace, and Evangeline). They reside in Winthrop, Maine.
